To prevent any dubious & unsafe back door trading methods,
Any form of Advertising such as email addresses, phone numbers & website URL links in auction listings are strictly forbidden and unacceptable.Any auction listings found to contain such information will be suspended & the sellers account with us will be reviewed.We may at our discretion ban any member found abusing the system at the AuctionBidz.com.au website.

Contact details of a buyer or seller may however be exchanged ( and is very highly reccommended by us) via the "ask seller a question" link, both prior to and after a purchase or sale is made, to ensure the buying/selling experience is a safer process.
You can find the "ask seller a question" link in any Auctions details page and we highly reccommend you use it to contact a seller prior to buying or paying for anything.

TRADING SAFELY ONLINE:
We cannot stress enough the importance of good communication when dealing with others online anywhere on the internet.
For this reason, we have included an "Ask Seller a Question" link in all auction listings and highly reccommend you use it prior to making a bid or instant purchase.
It is solely your responsibility to decide for yourself whether the person(s) you are trading with are legitimate or not, ask them plenty of questions, ask the other party for contact details that you yourself can verify, (ie: a phone number that you can call them on etc.)
Before proceeding with any transaction, make sure you are fully satisfied that you are not likely to get ripped off by this other person.

RIGHTS TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE:

(b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term
(c) You have listed a suspicious item
(d) We believe you to be a non paying bidder.
In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing whilst we investigate further.
If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated.
